IRIS Community 2024.1から2024.3へアップデート後のPythonロードエラーについて

Windows11環境で、IRISライセンス切れのため、IRIS_Community-2024.1.0.262.0-win_x64 から IRIS_Community-2024.3.0.217.0-win_x64 へアップデートしました。

Python関連の実行をすると、Failed to Load Python のエラーが出るようになりました。

今年最初のプログラミング・コンテスト（USコミュニティ）の開催が決定しました！

期間：2025年3月17日～4月6日

賞品総額：$12,000 + Global Summit 2025 へご招待！


コンテストのテーマ

InterSystems IRIS、InterSystems IRIS for Health、または IRIS Cloud SQL 上で、生成 AI を使用するあらゆるソリューションを開発したものをご提出ください。

応募要件：

  1. アプリケーションやライブラリは完全に機能するものでなければなりません。他の言語ですでに存在するライブラリのインポートや直接のインターフェイスであってはなりません（C++を除きます）。既存のアプリケーションやライブラリのコピーペーストでの応募もできません。
  2. 応募可能なアプリケーション
    • Open Exchange アプリケーションの新規作成、または既存アプリケーションであっても大幅に改善されているものであればご応募いただけます。
    • コミュニティの担当チームは、コンテストへの応募を承認する前に申請された全アプリケーションをレビューします。
  3. 全てのアプリケーションは、IRIS Community Edition 、IRIS for Health Community Edition または、IRIS Cloud SQLで動作する必要があります。MacやWindowsのホスト版をご利用いただく場合は、インストールキットをダウンロードしてください。コンテナを利用する場合は InterSystems Container Registryから pull、または、最新バージョンのイメージ（intersystemsdc/iris-community:latest または intersystemsdc/irishealth-community:latest）をご利用ください。
  4. アプリケーションはオープンソースであり、GitHubで公開されている必要があります。
  5. アプリケーションの README ファイルは、英語で記述してください（日本語で記述したものがあればそのまま掲載いただき、英文の追記をお願いします。翻訳アプリを使用しますが翻訳をお手伝いすることもできますのでお気軽にお知らせください！）。また、インストール手順や、アプリケーションがどのように動作するかの説明、またはビデオデモを含めてください。
  6. 1人の開発者は最大3つのアプリケーションを応募できます。
  7. 記事はUSコミュニティに投稿してください。

注意：インターシステムズの審査員は、複雑さと有用性の基準に基づきコンテストに応募が承認されるかどうかの最終決定権を持ちます。その決定は最終的なものであり、不服申し立ての対象にはなりません。

入賞特典：

❗AIエージェントの活用を紹介する最も興味深いプロジェクトを応募された方は、 Global Summit 2025 にご招待いたします（イベントのチケットと宿泊施設を提供）。

1. Experts Nomination -  審査員から多く票を集めたアプリケーションには、以下の賞金が贈られます。

開発者がチームを組んで共同でアプリケーションを作成し、応募することもできます！ 1チーム 2～5名 までご参加いただけます。

チームでご応募いただく場合は、アプリケーションの README にチームメンバー名の記載をお忘れなく！！（開発者コミュニティのプロファイルのリンクもお願いします）

    ご応募方法について

    以下の応募方法ビデオをご参照ください。

    以下、コンテストに応募する迄の手順をご説明します。

    コンテスト応募までの流れは以下の通りです（※ビデオでは、3番以降の内容をご紹介しています）。

    1、IRISプログラミングコンテスト用テンプレートを使用して、開発環境を準備します。

    2、コンテスト用アプリケーションを作成します。

    3、コンテストの準備が完了したら、ソースコードをローカルのGitリポジトリへコミットします。

    初回コミット時に、Gitの初期設定がないためコミットが失敗することがあります。
    その場合は、以下のコマンドでGitユーザ名とEmailを設定します。

    git config --global user.name "ここにユーザ名"
git config --global user.email "ここにメールアドレス"

    4、ローカルのGitリポジトリのコミットが完了したら、リモートのGitリポジトリを作成します。

    リポジトリ作成後、リモートリポジトリのURLをコピーします。

    5、リモートのGitリポジトリへPushします。

    git push ここにリモートのリポジトリのURL

    6、OpenExchangeにログインし、アプリケーションを追加します。

    ※事前にDeveloper communityでユーザアカウントを作成する必要があります。
    ログイン後、Profile→Applications　から　Application　をクリックし、4 でコピーしたリモートのGitリポジトリのURLを設定します。

    アプリケーションを登録すると、画面右上に「Send Approval」のボタンが表示されるので、クリックします。

    再度作成したアプリケーションを開くと、「Apply for Contest」ボタンが表示されるので、クリックすると応募が完了します。

    InterSystems AI Programming Contest: Vector Search, GenAI and AI Agents

    Hey Community,

    It's time for the first programming contest of the year, and there's a surprise so read on! Please welcome:

    🏆 InterSystems AI Programming Contest: Vector Search, GenAI, and AI Agents 🏆

    Duration: March 17 - April 6, 2025

    Prize pool: $12,000 + a chance to be invited to the Global Summit 2025!


    The topic

    Develop any solution on InterSystems IRIS, InterSystems IRIS for Health, or IRIS Cloud SQL that uses AI (IntegratedML included).

    General Requirements:

    1. An application or library must be fully functional. It should not be an import or a direct interface for an already existing library in another language (except for C++, where you really need to do a lot of work to create an interface for IRIS). It should not be a copy-paste of an existing application or library.
    2. Accepted applications: new to Open Exchange apps or existing ones, but with a significant improvement. Our team will review all applications before approving them for the contest.
    3. The application should work on either IRIS, IRIS for Health or IRIS Cloud SQL. The first two could be downloaded as host (Mac, Windows) versions from Evaluation site, or can be used in the form of containers pulled from InterSystems Container Registry or Community Containers: intersystemsdc/iris-community:latest or intersystemsdc/irishealth-community:latest .  
    4. The application should be Open Source and published on GitHub or GitLab. 
    5. The README file to the application should be in English, contain the installation steps, and either the video demo or/and a description of how the application works.
    6. No more than 3 submissions from one developer are allowed.

    NB. Our experts will have the final say in whether the application is approved for the contest based on the criteria of complexity and usefulness. Their decision is final and not subject to appeal.

    Prizes

    ❗The authors of the most interesting projects showcasing the use of AI agents will be invited to the Global Summit 2025 (provided the event tickets and accommodation).

    1. Experts Nomination - a specially selected jury will determine winners:

    🥇 1st place - $5,000 

    🥈 2nd place - $2,500 

    🥉 3rd place - $1,000

    🏅 4th place - $500

    🏅 5th place - $300

    🌟 6-10th places - $100

    2. Community winners - applications that will receive the most votes in total:

    🥇 1st place - $1,000 

    🥈 2nd place - $600 

    🥉 3rd place - $300

    🏅 4th place - $200

    🏅 5th place - $100

    If several participants score the same number of votes, they are all considered winners, and the prize money is shared among the winners.
    ❗Cash prizes are awarded only to those who can verify their identity. If there are any doubts, organizers will reach out and request additional information about the participant(s).

    Who can participate?

    Any Developer Community member, except InterSystems employees (ISC contractors allowed). Create an account!

    Developers can team up to create a collaborative application. 2 to 5 developers are allowed in one team.

    Do not forget to highlight your team members in the README of your application – DC user profiles.

    Important Deadlines:

    🛠 Application development and registration phase:

    • March 17, 2025 (00:00 EST): Contest begins.
    • March 30, 2025 (23:59 EST): Deadline for submissions.

    ✅ Voting period:

    • March 31, 2025 (00:00 EST): Voting begins.
    • April 6, 2025 (23:59 EST): Voting ends.

    Note: Developers can improve their apps throughout the entire registration and voting period.
